Thank you for your purchase! While we do our best to fully and accurately represent the items on our website (with pictures, descriptions, customer comments, etc.), we realize sometimes expectations just aren’t quite met after receiving a purchase. We truly strive for your satisfaction in everything we do, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and must be returned in the original packaging. The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged:
- Honey – in any form
- We will not accept any returns for “food products.” Please do not return these products to us unless we specifically request, in writing, that you do so. If you have issues with your received order, please contact us at: info@mumbesorchardbeefarm.com instead of returning the product.
- Straw bales
- Pumpkins
- Gourds
- Mums / flowers / plants
- Sale and/or clearance items
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@mumbesorchardbeefarm.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the RMA number paperwork specifically states otherwise. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase along with the RMA number (you can print the email you received and include it in the return shipment). We strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number prior to mailing your return to the following address:

REFUNDS (if applicable)
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping and the original credit card processing fees will be deducted from your refund. A $10 restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us directly at: info@mumbesorchardandbeefarm.com. We will process your request and respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please include pictures when submitting a request for an exchange. If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping for the exchange product will be paid by Mumbe’s Orchard & Bee Farm.
