Order Processing Details

Payments

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All payments are due and must be made during the checkout process. Any orders not paid at the time of checkout will not be processed. Shopping cart items and wish list items may be stored if you are logged in to our website.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the order will be processed and is considered final. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@mumbesorchardbeefarm.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours from the time an order is placed, all orders will be considered final, the items will ship, and the buyer is responsible for payment. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.

Shipping and Handling

All Mumbe’s Orchard & Bee Farm products can be picked up at our farm upon request. If you place an order online, please schedule a time to stop by so we can make sure we give you our undivided attention. For all online orders, we do our best to estimate shipping at the time of checkout. Our online ordering process associates your shipping address with the package weight/dimensions and calculates a shipping charge, which is displayed prior to final checkout. If the shipping charges seem “too high,” please do not continue with the checkout process and contact us for a more accurate shipping quote. We do our best to keep shipping charges as low as possible and appreciate the opportunity to work through any hiccups that may present themselves given the nature of the shipping charge calculation process.

Backorders and Substitutions

All Mumbe’s Orchard & Bee Farm products are for sale both online and locally (Atlanta, IN and surrounding areas). As is such, we do our best to keep an accurate count of inventory and “balance” online purchases with locally purchased items. In the event we run out of stock for any items listed on our website, we will notify the customers affected by the product shortage. In some instances, we are able to quickly replenish stock levels and maintain un-interrupted service. If we are unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner, all affected customers will be notified and provided with options to proceed forward. If significant delays are expected, options will be provided to either 1.) substitute product of the same value 2.) continue to wait for inventory to be replenished or 3.) accept a refund.

Specifically for our honey products, customers who choose to accept a refund may request to be placed on a “pre-order” list for future honey inventory. In these instances, customers will be contacted in the order in which they are listed, and be provided with the option to purchase honey prior to stock being released to the website.

Lost or Damaged packages

If you do not receive your order, please check the tracking number and attempt to work with the shipping provider to locate the package. If you have tried this step and still have not received your order, please let us know. For damaged shipments, please take photos of the package and contact the shipping provider to proceed forward.
